Contest: May 13, 2008 – May 23, 2008

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  RULES APPLY.

2. To Enter Contest: Email judi.wst@gkdevelopment.com include your name, address, email address (optional, see 5 below) and phone number.  ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY.

3. No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted.  Westland Mall has right to use name and town in press releases, etc.  GK Development, Inc., Westland Mall stores and other partners cannot be held liable for any harm resulting from the acceptance and use of prize.  Employees not eligible.  Odds of winning depend upon total number of entries.

4. Eligibility:  Contest open to legal residents of the U.S. who, as of 05/23/2008 are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Westland Mall, and the immediate families of each.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited.  By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules.  By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Westland Mall, their parent Companies, and affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, representatives, prize suppliers, contractors, and any of the participating retailers in this promotion from any and all claims arising out of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize received in the sweepstakes.  Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected, defaced, or illegible entries/prize claims/requests.
